How do we do it?
Summary:
1st We listen to your real estate needs:

Purchase budget, maximum purchase price.

2nd We assess and analyse your needs and make a budget for our services.
3rd We formalise a written agreement, through a service contract, where the characteristics of the property, the contracted services, the fees, and the payment method will be reflected.
4th We start looking. When we find properties, we visit and present you only those that fit your needs. We take photos, tours or videos for you to see. And you choose which one interests you.
And we will organize the visits so that you can enjoy your time, we take care of everything.
5º When you have chosen it, we start to investigate its legal status and negotiate, always looking out for your interests, to make an offer for the property.
6º We draw up the offer, reservation, and deposit contracts, and prepare all the necessary documentation to carry out the sale at the notary's office.
7º Congratulations! You are now a happy owner!! And we also help you in this new stage.
